This notice explains what personal data Prime & Beyond collects through this website, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It follows the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

Prime & Beyond is a trade name of Barış Jeffrey Beyo (sole proprietorship), Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Turkey, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to info@beyondsoundevents.com.

What we collect

  • When you send a quote or contact form: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue, approximate number of guests and your message.
  • When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone: the details you choose to share in that conversation.
  • Only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics records how you use the website (pages viewed, approximate location, device, the site or ad that sent you, and actions such as sending a form) with cookies and an online identifier. Google may combine this with information from your Google account to give us anonymous reports on visitors’ age range, gender and interests, and to measure our Google ads.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, to prepare a quote and, if you book, to plan and deliver your event and to meet our legal obligations, such as contracts and invoices. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a contract and performing that contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç), GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). Google Analytics relies on your consent (KVKK Art. 5(1), GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We do not sell your data or add you to a newsletter, and the details you send in a form are never used for advertising.

Who processes it for us

  • EmailJS (emailjs.com) delivers the forms to our email inbox.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
  • Our web host serves this website.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) provides Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, only if you accept cookies.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) handles the conversation if you choose to message us there.

Some of these providers process data outside Turkey, for example in the European Union or the United States.

Content from other websites

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and cdnfonts, and scripts from jsDelivr; these services receive your IP address when your browser loads them. Videos open from YouTube, and the Weddings in Turkey page shows a Spotify player; YouTube and Spotify may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Our pages set cookies only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Google Analytics then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to 2 years. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser, not in a cookie, so we do not ask again; you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

  • Quote and contact requests that do not lead to a booking: up to 2 years, then deleted.
  • If you book: for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires us to keep contracts and invoices.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted by Google.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time whether we hold data about you, for a copy of it, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and who it was shared with (KVKK Art. 11, GDPR Art. 15–21). Write to info@beyondsoundevents.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or, in the European Union, to your national data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
